Since 2017, NASHP has worked with states to develop and implement effective model policies to lower prescription drug prices. This slideshow highlights states’ administrative and legislative action, including Medicaid innovations and more than 120 new laws that promote pharmacy benefit manager regulation, drug price transparency, wholesale drug importation from Canada, and drug affordability review.
