Through regular screening cervical cancer is a highly preventable disease, yet thousands of women are newly diagnosed with the cancer each year. This brief features best practices from 14 FQHCs across 7 states that have made significant strides to reduce the incidence of cervical cancer enabled by adopting core attributes of the patient-centered medical home (PCMH).
