Tamara Kramer joined NASHP in August 2014 as a Policy Specialist on the Health System Performance team. Prior to joining NASHP, Tamara held positions at a number of policy organizations in Connecticut where her work focused on health, early education, and advancing economic opportunities for working poor families. Tamara also worked as a legal clerk at the National Health Law Program, where she focused on Medicaid Expansion and women’s health. Tamara received both a B.A. in Political Science and her JD from the University of Connecticut.
