Ella Taggart joined NASHP in August 2022 as a research analyst with the Aging and Disability team. She is involved with projects related to family caregiving, palliative care, and respite care. Prior to joining NASHP, she worked for North Carolina Medicaid, assisting the Strategy team with policy tracking and development related to health equity, home and community-based services, and managed care. Ella graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2022, where she received a BSPH in Health Policy & Management and a minor in Spanish.
