Improving outcomes related to cervical cancer screening for health center patients is a high priority for HRSA’s Bureau of Primary Health Care and the Office of Women’s Health. This webinar, intended for federally qualified health centers (FQHC), other practices that provide women’s health care services, and state Primary Care Associations, provides useful strategies for practices to improve cervical cancer screening rates. This HRSA funded webinar presents findings from research NASHP conducted on the attributes and functions of high performing health centers. Seiji Hayashi, BPHC Chief Medical Officer and representatives from three health centers (including Charles B Wang (New York), El Centro de Corazon (Texas), and Three Lower Counties (Maryland) then share strategies to addressing this preventable and curable form of cancer.
