This webinar provided an opportunity for alumni of the Assuring Better Child Health and Development (ABCD) consortia to hear from Scott Allen, Executive Director of the Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Mr. Allen discussed lessons learned from The Commonwealth Fund grant to the Illinois chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Overcoming Barriers to Referral and Care Coordination for Children Eligible for Early Intervention Services. In addition, the webinar allowed ABCD alumni to share strategies being used to improve care coordination/linkage capacity.
