The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has compiled an overview of Medicaid and CHIP Quality Practices. The site includes a CMS-developed Medicaid/CHIP quality strategy, which emphasizes evidence-based care and quality measurements, payment aligned with quality, health information technology (HIT), and information dissemination and technical assistance.

The Children’s Partnership has developed a toolkit on the issue of Express Lane Eligibility (ELE). The toolkit contains fact sheets, charts, and other resources and is updated regularly.
