Rachel Dolan, Policy Analyst

Rachel Dolan joined NASHP in 2010 as a policy analyst. At NASHP, Rachel works on projects related to health reform, specifically on exchanges, private insurance and eligibility and enrollment issues. Prior to joining NASHP, Rachel earned her Master’s in Public Policy with a focus in health policy at Georgetown University. While attending graduate school, she was a policy and research analyst at the Institute for Health Policy Solutions (IHPS), where she worked on grant projects for the Department of Labor as well as for individual states concentrated on health reform topics. Rachel graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a bachelor of arts.
