Mike Stanek joined NASHP in 2009. He works primarily on projects related to health information technology and health information exchange; behavioral health issues; and the Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment Program. While a student, he specialized in anti-poverty policy and served as a research intern at a Cleveland-based policy research organization, Policy Matters Ohio, that focused on state policy issues. Mike holds a bachelor's degree in public policy studies and a minor in physics from the University of Chicago.
