  • Amanda Richardson, Policy Analyst

    Amanda Richardson joined NASHP in October 2010 as a Public Health Prevention Service Fellow of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Amanda has worked most recently as a policy analyst in CDC’s Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention on sodium regulation and as a program manager with the Meta-Leadership Initiative for Emergency Preparedness at the CDC Foundation. In previous capacities, Amanda has served as an evaluator with the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation and a youth health educator at The City School in Dorchester, MA. Population health and coverage are the scope of Amanda’s work at NASHP. Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Community Health, and a master’s in Health Services Management and Policy from Tufts University.

  • Hannah Richardson, Research Assistant

    Hannah Richardson joined NASHP in December 2011. Hannah is part of the NASHP Coverage and Access team and devotes most of her time to projects in children’s coverage. At NASHP she works on a project funded through the David and Lucile Packard Foundation to advance children's coverage and the Maximizing Enrollment project funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Prior to joining NASHP, Hannah was a Health Services Intern at John Snow Inc. in Boston, where she worked on writing a grant for a health center and regionalizing boards of health in Massachusetts. Hannah holds a B.A. in Psychology from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
