Christina Miller joined NASHP as a Policy Analyst in July 2010 and works on projects pertaining to state implementation of health reform as well as the SHAP program. After college, she spent a year in New York City serving in the AmeriCorps program as an asthma educator with the non-profit Asthma Free School Zone. Christina came to Washington to begin work on her Masters of Public Health (MPH) at the George Washington University’s School of Public Health and Health Services. Prior to joining NASHP, she interned with the State Affairs Department of the National Association of Community Health Centers where she worked on several projects focused on analyzing health center related legislation in the states. Christina holds a Bachelors of Art in Sociology from Wellesley College and expects her MPH with a concentration in Health Policy in 2011.
