Sarah Kinsler joined NASHP in January 2012 as part of the NASHP’s Health Systems Performance team. At NASHP she works on projects focused on improving access to primary care for vulnerable populations served by safety net providers and tracking and supporting state implementation of patient centered medical homes. Prior to joining NASHP, Sarah supported program activities for 21 Reasons, a community-based substance abuse prevention coalition funded by the Federal Drug-Free Communities program based in Portland, Maine, and worked as an office and field crew supervisor for the 2010 U.S. Census. Sarah graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from Brandeis University in 2008, with a degree in Health: Science, Society and Policy.
