Charting SCHIP II: An Analysis of the Second Comprehensive Survey of State Children’s Health Insurance Programs is the second report published in a series that examine the policies and strategies that states use to manage their CHIP programs. These reports draw on information NASHP has collected through surveys conducted since 1998. Charting CHIP II represents data collected from a survey of states’ CHIP programs as of July 2000.
