SCHIP Family Coverage in Three States: A Report on the Early Experiences of New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin

This report discusses findings from site visits made to three states that extended SCHIP coverage to parents, and looks at the early experiences of these states’ programs. The states began covering families through SCHIP under a section 1115 demonstration project.
