In Massachusetts, the PCO and PCA focus on the role of community health centers as primary care homes for low income patients to improve care and expand access in the context of the state’s current health care reform. The PCO and PCA have ongoing collaboration in: maintaining support of CHC HPSA designations/re-designations; improved readiness in Emergency Preparedness; expansion of the Women’s Health Network services; and expanded capacity of dental services.
