Bruce Chernof

Bruce Allen Chernof, MD, FACP, currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The SCAN Foundation whose mission is to advance the development of a sustainable continuum of care for seniors.  The SCAN Foundation is one of the largest foundations in the United States focused entirely on improving the quality of health and life for seniors.  Dr. Chernof completed his residency and served as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine for the UCLA-San Fernando Valley Program.  After residency, Dr. Chernof completed a Fellowship in Medical Education at the UCLA School of Medicine.  He earned his medical degree from UCLA and completed his undergraduate work at Harvard University.
