Dorn Schuffman is Senior Consultant and Coordinator for the Missouri Department of Mental Health, Primary/Behavioral Health Care Integration Unit. Mr. Schuffman served in a wide variety of roles with the Missouri Department of Mental Health for more than 20 years, including director of community mental health services, director of the Division of Comprehensive Psychiatric Services, and Department Director, until taking early retirement in 2006. Mr. Schuffman is a senior consultant with Opens Minds, and currently coordinates the Primary/Behavioral Health Care Initiative for the Department of Mental Health, working with both the Missouri Coalition of Community Mental Health Centers and the Missouri Primary Case Associaton.
