Sarah deLone

Sarah deLone is a Program Director at the National Academy for State Health Policy.  Sarah joined the NASHP staff in August 2008, with a background in law and health policy.  Prior to joining NASHP, Sarah worked at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, where she served as a Technical Director for Medicaid eligibility for families and children as well as coordination of benefits.  She also has worked as a health policy analyst at the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, a senior policy analyst at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, and as an independent consultant.  Sarah’s work at NASHP focuses on SCHIP and children’s coverage.  She holds a JD from Yale Law School and a BA in economics from Yale College.
