Documenting the Impact

Implementing the citizenship documentation requirement in Medicaid resulted in problems for both state agencies and applicants and current enrollees. Researchers, state officials, advocates, and federal policy makers spent time tracking and documenting the impact of the new Medicaid requirement, resulting in the following publications.
