This webcast will explore payment options for states to consider as they plan their medical home initiatives. Robert Berenson, MD, Institute Fellow from the Urban Institute, will discuss a range of payment options to support the patient centered medical home and will explore the conceptual advantages and disadvantages of each model. Mary Takach, MPH, RN, Project Manager with NASHP, will offer examples of payment models being used by states. Opportunities for questions and answers from webcasts participants will be provided.
